Judgment Jasbir Singh, J. 1. Petitioners are the father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased and are in Jail since 18.2.2002. Counsel for the petitioners contends that trial will take a long time before it is concluded. He further states that as per chemical examination report, no poison was detected in viscera. It is brought to the notice of the Court that after receipt of chemical examination report, opinion was given by the doctor on the ground that since at the time of post-mortem examination, smell of celfos was noticed from the stomach contents and on that basis, it had been opined that death was caused due to celfos poison. By referring to above mentioned facts, Counsel for the petitioners contends that cause of death is not certain. Application is allowed. Without expressing any opinion on merits, petitioners are ordered to be released on bail to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.
