JUDGMENT 1. - This petition under Section 482 Cr.PC. is filed against the order dated 26.9.2002 whereby the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Fatehpur Shekhawati dismissed the application of the accused petitioner to convert arrest warrant into bailable warrant. 2. Learned counsel referred the order of this Court passed in the same Criminal Case No. 329/1994, State v. Sohan Lal and Ors. in S.B. Criminal Misc. Petition No. 445/2002, Ranjeet Singh & Anr. v. State of Rajasthan, decided on 4.4.2002 . 3. Therefore, this petition is allowed and it is ordered that the Magistrate would issue bailable warrant in the sum of Rs. 5,000/- instead of arrest warrant. 4. This petition stands disposed of accordingly.Petition Disposed of as Above. *******
