JUDGMENT Jasbir Singh, J. - Counsel for the petitioners contends that petitioners are in jail since June, 2002. He, by referring to the contents of the FIR, further contends that no injury has been attributed to the petitioners qua that deceased. It is only allegation against them that they had caused injuries to complainant. Trial has not yet commenced. These facts have not been controverted by the counsel for the opposite party. This Court feels it will take a long time before trial is concluded. Application is allowed. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, petitioners are directed to be released on bail to the satisfaction of trial court. Petition allowed.
