JUDGMENT : 1. In the instant appeals, the last paragraph of our judgment dated 6th February, 2003 be corrected as under:- "The impugned order passed by the Tribunal is set aside to the aforesaid extent and the orders passed by the Assistant Collector of Central Excise are restored to that extent. There shall be no order as to costs." 2. IAs are disposed of.
