ORDER : 1. The terms and conditions of the sale notice and the schedule of dates as proposed by the Registrar General are approved. 2. Having regard to the letter dated 26th March, 2003, issued on behalf of the Israel Embassy, the Registrar General of this Court shall formulate the guidelines to be issued to the proposed bidders, consistent with the request made in the said letter. Office is permitted to make payment out of the amount deposited in the Court, to meet the expenses towards the advertisements relating to the said sale.
