Judgment Narayan Roy, J. 1. Heard Counsel for the parties, 2. The grievance of the petitioner is against office order No. 736 dated 1 -3-2002, whereby and where under the juniors to the petitioner, namely, respondent Nos. 6 to 10, were promoted to the posts of Section Officers ignoring the case of the petitioner. The petitioner also seeks direction upon the respondents to promote him to the post of Section Officer with effect from 1-3-2002, from which date his juniors were promoted. 3. Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that in this regard the petitioner has filed several representations before the authorities concerned, as contained in Annexures 9, 10 and 11, but the same have not been considered and disposed of. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, respondent No. 2, Secretary, Bihar Public Service Commission, Patna, is directed to consider and dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner by a speaking order within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. In case, respondent No. 2 would be satisfied that the petitioner at that time was entitled for such promotion, due promotion will be granted to the petitioner at par with the juniors to him. 5. With this direction/observation, the writ application is disposed of.
