( 1 ) THIS appeal is against the order of the Tribunal dated 30-8-2000. We find that the order of the Tribunal is supported by a judgment of this Court in the case of Sinkhai Synthetics and Chemicals (P) Ltd. v. CCE. In view thereof, we see no reason to interfere with the order of the Tribunal. The appeal stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
