JUDGMENT Petitioner Chandra Shekhar Bajpeyi filed the present petition to seek compassionate appointment. During the pendency of this petition, he died, so the legal representatives of Chandra Shekhar filed an application for substitution but relief of compassionate appointment relates to an individual and right to sue does not survive on the legal heir. In the circumstances, this petition abates and is, accordingly, dismissed.
