JUDGMENT 1. - The petitioner has challenged the passing of no confidence motion against him at Hanumangarh for which the jurisdiction lies at the Principal Seat-Jodhpur; but the petitioner instead of filing the same at Jodhpur, had preferred to file it at Jaipur. 2.
