JUDGMENT : Heard the learned Amicus Curiae and the learned counsel for the parties. 2. The Executive Committee of the Medical Council of India has passed an unanimous resolution requesting Dr. Bhansali to reconsider his decision of continuing as an ad hoc member of the Watch Dog Committee. The said decision is not yet communicated to Dr. Bhansali. Therefore, at the request of the learned counsel for the parties and the learned Amicus Curiae, the matters are adjourned for two weeks in order to await response of Dr. Bhansali. Counsel to intimate the said decision to Dr. Bhansali at the earliest. 3. With regard to the appointment of Secretary, matter is adjourned for two weeks. Order accordingly.
