KUNDAN SINGH, J. ( 1 ) LEARNED counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition reserving a liberty to approach the respondent Gujarat Electricity Board by way of filing appropriate representation in this regard by making all averments which are made in the present petition. Permission as prayed for is granted. ( 2 ) HOWEVER, it would be open for the petitioner to make a written representation before the respondent Gujarat Electricity Board inter alia contending all the averments made in the present petition. Upon such a representation being made by the petitioner to the respondent Gujarat Electricity Board, the respondent G. E. Board is directed to consider and decide the same in accordance with law after giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within two weeks from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order. ( 3 ) ACCORDINGLY this petition is disposed of as withdrawn. Rule is discharged, with no order as to costs. Interim relief granted earlier by this Court stands vacated forthwith. D. S. is permitted. .
