JUDGMENT Irshand Hussain, J.: Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.A. 2. Perused the rejection bail order. It is strange that the wild animal which was allegedly being butchered, could not be recovered despite the members of the enforcement agency having seen the occurrence. The applicant-accused was also not arrested on the spot. Considering these facts, in my opinion it is a fit case for bail. 3. Let the applicant Nisar be released on bail on his filing a personal bond and adequate sureties to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Hardwar.
