JUDGMENT : 1. In the additional affidavit filed by Dr. T. Chandini, on behalf of Union of India, in para 30 reference has been made to a report submitted to the Ministry on 30th March, 2003 by Site Inspection Team and in para 35 reference has been made to a study recently completed by Central Mine Planning and Design Institute Ltd. which are being examined by the Ministry for further course of action. We direct Union of India to place on record those two documents along with an affidavit. Learned counsel appearing for some of the parties have pointed out certain factual infirmities/omissions in the affidavit. Let learned counsel address a letter to counsel for Union of India pointing out the same. In the additional affidavit Union of India would deal with the said aspects as well. Let additional affidavit be filed within one week. 2. List on 24th April, 2003 for directions.
