JUDGMENT 1. - The matter is placed on the board as the defendant petitioners have not filed PF and notices for non- petitioner No. 1 since 10.10.2002. 2. In this revision petition the challenge has been made to the order dated 25.11.1992 of the learned Munsif, Bansur (Alwar) in Civil Suit No. 43/92 under which the application filed by the defendant-petitioners u1O. 9 R. 7 of the CPC for setting aside the ex-parte order dated 18.9.1992, was rejected. 3. Having heard the learned counsel for the defendant-petitioners I am satisfied that this revision petition is not maintainable in view of the proviso inserted to Section 115 of the CPC by Section 12 of the Act 46 of 1999. 4. The learned counsel for the plaintiff-petitioner also does not dispute that in case even if the order of the learned trial Court challenged in this revision petition is varied or reversed or set aside, it will not result in final disposal of the suit. 5. As this revision petition itself is not maintainable, no useful purpose will be served to grant further indulgence to the defendant-petitioners to file PF and notices for non-petitioner No. 1. 6. Accordingly, this revision petition fails and the same is dismissed. Since the suit, out of which this revision arises, is of the year 1992, the trial Court is directed to decide the same within a period of ' months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.Revision petition dismissed. *******
