Issue notice to respondent No.3 returnable within aforesaid period. 3. List after four weeks. 4. Meanwhile investigation may go on against the petitioners but no coercive measures shall be taken against them by the Investigating agency till further order. However, the petitioners shall cooperate in the investigation.
