ORDER : Heard Mr. Ranjit Kumar, learned senior counsel appearing for the applicant. In our view this application is nothing but an attempt to review the judgment of this court in Rajeev Mankotia v. Secretary to the President of India and Others reported in (1997) 10 SCC 441 . We see absolutely no reason to review the judgment. I.A. No.4 Stands dismissed. There will be no order as to costs. The Indian Advance studies is given time to vacate the Monument till 31st December, 2003.
