ORDER : Learned counsel appearing for the State of Arunachal Pradesh states that there is no jail in the State. Therefore, no response is required to be filed. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the States of Assam, Bihar, Goa, Himachal Pradesh, Meghalaya, Orissa, Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, Jammu and Kashmir, Jharkhand and Union Territories of Dadra and Nagar Haveli, Lakshadweep and N.C.T. of Delhi prays for and is allowed four weeks' time to file their response. 3. Let the copies of the affidavit filed by the Union of India be given to all the counsel representing States. The States may file their response with regard to paras 9, 10 and 11 of the affidavit filed by the Union of India. 4. The amount lying with the Registry be kept in a Fixed Deposit with a Nationalised Bank for a period of six months.
