Judgment :- The petitioner prays for the issue of a writ of mandamus, to forbear the fourth respondent from terminating the services of the petitioner without adopting special by-laws as approved by the first respondent as required under rule 149(1)of the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Rules 1988. 2. I have heard the learned Government Pleader. 3. In terms of the Judgment of a Division Bench of this Court in Writ appeal NO.2501/2001etc batch dated 24.10.2002, it is not disputed that the Co-operative Society has to adopt the Special By Laws and as approved by the first respondent as required under Rule 149(1) of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Rules. 4. Therefore, this writ petition is ordered subject to complying with the requirements as specified by the Division Bench in the said Judgment. It is open to the respondents to take appropriate action after adoption of the Special By laws. No costs. Consequently,connected W.P.M.P.Nos.15251 and 15252/2003 are closed.
