Judgment 1. The Court does not find any error in the order of the learned Judge in declining to grant relief when the petitioner was unsuited for being considered for the grant of franchise on the allotment of a petrol pump when he had government dues amounting to Rs. 6,00,550.00 and the respondents declined to issue a no objection certificate. It is entirely up to the petitioner to clear the dues and then seek the allotment for running a petrol pump. 2. There is no error in the order of the learned Judge. 3. Dismissed. Petition dismissed.
