Judgment :- The correctness of the orders which are under challenge in these revision petitions now stands vindicated or rather ratified by the Kerala Municipality (Amendment) Act, 2003 (Act 10 of 2003), the vires of which, I am told, has been upheld by a Division Bench of this court. The revision petitioners do not submit that the Supreme Court has been moved against the above decision of this Court. At any rate, no stay has been granted by the Supreme Court. It follows therefore that all these revision petitions are liable to be dismissed. I dismiss them. No costs.
