ORDER : M.B. Shah, J. - Heard the learned counsel for the parties. 2. Mr. Sanjay Parikh, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners points out that order dated 31.3.2003 is not complied with by most of the States. In view of the aforesaid statement, the State Governments are directed to file necessary affidavits indicating whether the amended Act and the directions issued by this Court on 31.3.2003 are complied with within a period of three weeks. 3. With regard to the advertisement on website by Malpani Infertility Clinic, Mr.Uday Umesh Lalit, the learned counsel appearing for the State of Maharashtra states that appropriate action would be taken against the said clinic in accordance with law and compliance report would be filed within three weeks. 4.
