ORDER Crl. Misc. Petitions Nos. 5726 of 2003 and 11407 of 2002 in Crl. A. No. 1289 of 2001 1. We have been extending bail from time to time for a period of six months in order to monitor the trial. In our view, it is now not necessary to do so any further. We, therefore, order that the bail which has been granted by this Court will continue for the duration of the case on the same terms and conditions. We clarify that it will be open to CBI to apply for cancellation of bail in accordance with law in this Court. Further, if it is found that the petitioner is deliberately protracting the trial or taking unnecessary adjournments then that by itself would be a ground for cancellation of bail. 2. The criminal miscellaneous petitions are disposed of accordingly. Crl. Misc. Petitions Nos. 2280 - 81 of 2002 in Crl. As. Nos. 1289 - 90 of 2001, 6348 - 55, 8622, 9787 of 2002 and 976 of 2003 in Crl. A. No. 1289 3. In view of the above orders, these applications do not survive and are accordingly dismissed. Court Masters
