ORDER : 1. It is informed by Shri Kapil Sibal, learned senior counsel that Delhi Bar Association and New Delhi Bar Association have made a representation yesterday to the Chief Justice of the Delhi High Court. 2. As to the compliance with the order dated 5.5.2003, the learned Addl. Solicitor General informs that a meeting was held on 12.5.2003 and feedback was given by the Ministry of Urban Development on 8.7.2003. The learned Addl. Solicitor General further states that in a meeting or two the issue may be resolved atleast partially. We expect all concerned to expedite the decision making process. With this hope the hearing is adjourned by six weeks.
