ORDER : 1. It is stated by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents Nos.4-8 that the Board of Industrial and Financial Reconstruction has sent its opinion to the High Court under Section 20 of the Sick Industrial Companies (Special Provisions) Act on 6.3.2000. It is unclear as to whether the Company Court has issued any direction for winding up the respondents nos.4 - 8. The matter is adjourned for three weeks. Within such period the respondents Nos.4 - 8 who are represented through counsel will inform this Court as to the outcome of the reference under Section 20 by BIFR to the High Court.
