Judgment R.K. Merathia, J.-Heard the parties. 2. Petitioner alleges violation of order dated 19.6.2002 passed in LPA No. 138 of 2002. 3. Learned counsel for the University stated that the admitted dues has been paid. The amount is calculated by the university based on the report of the Principal, and as per own calculation of the university in terms of the order dated 19.6.2002 passed in LPA No. 138 of 2002, and that though there was some delay, the order dated 19.6.2002 has been complied. This statement is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner. We are satisfied that the respondents have not committed contempt of this Court. 4. However, Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is entitled to more amount. This was disputed by learned counsel for the university. He submitted that the details of calculation of payment has been given in this case which shows the amount of salary to which she is entitled as per the orders of this Court. 5. This dispute cannot be decided in this contempt proceedings. The petitioner will be at liberty to make representation before the concerned authority, if she is entitled to any more amount as per the order passed by learned Single Judge. It goes without saying that if the authorities are satisfied that the petitioner is entitled to some more amount, the same shall be paid to the petitioner within a reasonable period from the date of making such representation. 6. LPA No. 138 of 2002 has also been disposed of today. 7. With these observations this case is disposed of.
