ORDER 1. In this writ petition, grievance of the petitioner is on account of non-fixation of her family pension including arrears of pension on the basis of proper pay and non-payment of 3rd instalment of arrears of pension, gratuity and difference of pay for the period 1971 to 1973 with up-to-date statutory interest payable as par Bihar Provident Fund Rules, amount of leave encashment as per revised scale and rest amount of G.P.F. 2. I failed to appreciate the reliefs sought for by the petitioner. In fact, her grievance relates to alleged error in fixation of pay on the date of Initial appointment of the deceased Government servant; which cannot be agitated in the present writ petition at such a belated stage. However; the petitioner may raise her grievance with respect to it before the authority concerned. 3. The District Superintendent of Education has personally appeared before this Court and has produced the authority with respect to pension and family pension in the revised scale and the communication sent by him to the Treasury Officer and by the Treasury Officer to the concerned Bank for payment. Photostate copy of the aforementioned documents have been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner may approach the Bank concerned for encashment whereupon the Bank concerned shall see that as per the instruction of the Treasury Officer the amount is credited in the account of the petitioner forthwith. The petitioner shall produce a copy of this order before the Bank concerned. 4. It is stated by the learned counsel for the State that cost awarded vide order dated 17.1.2003 has been paid to the learned counsel for the petitioner. Writ application is, accordingly, disposed of.
