ORDER : N. Santosh Hedge, J. - Leave granted. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 3. In the facts and circumstances of the case, we think it appropriate that the appellant should be released on bail on his furnishing self-bond in the sum of Rs. 1,00,000 and two sureties for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court. The appellant shall not enter District Nadiad except when required by the trial court or by the investigating agency. The appellant shall report to Gamdevi Police Station, Mumbai once a week, on every Wednesday before 12 oclock. If he is summoned by the investigating agency, he shall promptly comply with the said directions of the investigating agency. Failure to comply with any one of the above conditions or acting in any manner prejudicial to the interest of the prosecution would be a ground for asking for cancellation of bail. 4. The appeal is allowed. Appeal allowed.
