JUDGMENT Heard counsel for the parties. 2. Substantially, the grievance of the petitioner by this writ application is for giving him the benefit of time-bound promotion and senior selection grade. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that by now the petitioner has superannuated and his pension is required to be re-fixed after giving him the consequential benefit of time-bound promotion and senior selection grade. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that even while the petitioner was in service, he made several representations in this regard but no order was passed by the authorities concerned and he was allowed to retire and after retirement he again filed detailed representations, as contained in annexures 16 series, addressed to respondent nos. 2 and 3, but till date the same have not been disposed of nor the grievances of the petitioner have been redressed. 4. Without going into the merit of the case and seeing the grievances of the petitioner, respondent no. 2, the Chief Engineer, Water Resources Department, Darbhanga, is directed to consider the grievances of the petitioner, as disclosed in his representation and pass necessary orders in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and in case, respondent no. 2 would be satisfied that consequential promotional benefit is to be given to the petitioner, as claimed by him, the same shall be paid to him forthwith and direction will be issued to refix his pension. 5. With this direction/observation, this application is disposed of.
