JUDGMENT : 1. The matter is adjourned to 29th August, 2003. 2. As the matter is kept on 27th August, 2003 before the trial court the earlier order passed by this Court shall continue on the assurance of the learned senior counsel for the appellant that the appellant would remain present without fail on 27th August, 2003 before the trial court.
