JUDGMENT 1. - Since a short question is involved in this petition, therefore, at the request of the learned cousnel for both the parties, this petition was finally heard at this stage. 2. This misc. petition under section 482 Cr.PC. has been filed by the petitioner against the order dated 28.5.2003 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge No. 2, Bundi by which he rejected the application of the petitioner for extension of time for depositing the amount of fine. 3. In this case, vide order dated 27.3.2002 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge No. 2, Bundi, the petitioner was directed to deposit the amount of fine within one month. However, due to some reasons, the petitioner has not been able to deposit the amount of fine within one month and, therefore, he moved an application before the learned Addl. Sessions Judge No. 2, Bundi for extension of time to deposit the amount of fine, but the same was rejected by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge No. 2, Bundi through impugned order dated 28.5.2003. Hence, this misc. petition under section 482 Cr.P.C. 4. In this petition, it has been submitted by the learned cousnel for the petitioner that due to some reasons, the petitioner could not deposit the amount of fine within one month and 15 days time may be granted to him to deposit the amount of fine, as directed by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge No. 2, Bundi through order dated 27.3.2002. 5. Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, It Is just and proper to grant 15 days time to the petitioner to deposit the amount of fine, as directed by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge No. 2, Bundl through order dated 27.3.2002.Accordingly, this misc. petition filed by the petitioner is allowed and the impugn order dated 28.5.2003 passed by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge No. 2 Bundi is set aside and the petitioner is granted 15 days time to deposit the amount of fine, as directed by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge No/2 Bundi through order dated 27.3.2002.Petition Allowed. *******
