ORDER S.S. Nijjar, J. - The applicant has made this application seeking interim bail for attending the marriage of his daughter fixed on 7.7.2003. The charge framed against the applicant was as under :- "That you in the year 1993 committed repeated rape with your daughter Pushpa in the area of Rewari and you thereby committed an offence punishable under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code and within the cognizance of this Court." The victim who was the elder daughter of the applicant was raped for the first time when she was just 5/6 years age. This reprehensible behaviour of the applicant continued till the daughter was 17 years of age. We see no reason to grant interim bail to the applicant. No leniency can be shown to such a depraved person by ways of interim bail or parole. Application dismissed.
