ORDER : Learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-State submits that the investigation is complete and charge sheet is filed against the concerned officer. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in such cases, it has been held by this Court that the State Government or the concerned officers are required to pay damages/compensation. Limited to that question, Issue rule. 2. Criminal Court is directed to expedite the trial.
