ORDER In this appeal the appellant is aggrieved by the declaration of law made by the Appellate Bench of the High Court pertaining to power of the High Court under Articles 226 and 227 and power of this Court under Articles 32 and 136 of the Constitution of India to stay operation of Section 17- B of the Industrial Disputes Act when a challenge is laid to the award made by the competent labour forum. The appellant has not sought any consequential relief in this appeal pursuant to the declaration of law made by the High Court. Therefore, we do not think that it is necessary for us to go into the abstract question, hence leaving open the validity of the declaration law made in the impugned order this appeal is dismissed.
