JUDGMENT Adarsh Kumar Goel, J. - It is stated that there are 28 prosecution witnesses out of whom only 2 have been examined and the petitioner has been in custody for almost 3 years. 2. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, the petitioner is granted bail to the satisfaction of CJM/Duty Magistrate, Moga. The petition is disposed of. Petition allowed.
