JUDGMENT Mehtab S. Gill, J. - Heard. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner was not apprehended on the spot. The First Information Report registered against him, was a false one and the contraband has been implanted on him by the Investigating Agency. Petitioner is in custody since 1 year and 9 months. 2. Learned counsel for the State has stated that out of 14 witnesses cited by the prosecution, only one has been examined till date. 3. Without commenting on the merits of the case, bail is granted to the petitioner to the satisfaction of the trial Court. Petition allowed.
