JUDGMENT 1. - Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Public Prosecutor for the State. Perused the order impugned and the case diary. 2. From perusal of investigation diary, it appears that Mani Ram and Sahi Ram, who are husbands of petitioners No. 1 & 2 respectively got the land transferred in favour of the petitioners by impersonation. The sellers were identified by Mani Ram and Sahi Ram. The registered document is already in possession of the police as is evident from the investigation diary. In the circumstances, therefore, it is not necessary for custodial interrogation. 3. Be that as it may, without expression any opinion on the merit of the case, I think it just and proper to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, it is directed that in the event of arrest of petitioners-Goga Devi W/o Mani Ram and Dakha W/o Sahi Ram in FIR No. 04/04 P.S. Lunkarnsar, they shall be released'on bail provided each of them furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- along with one surety of like amount each to the satisfaction of Investigating Officer on the following conditions : (i) That they shall make themselves available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required; (ii) That they shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer and; (iii) That they shall not leave India without the previous permission of the Court.
