Judgment 1. Heard counsel for the parties. 2. The petitioner seeks direction upon respondent nos. 3 to 7 to submit report of the inquiry entrusted to them by the Government of Bihar in regard to applicability of Medical System of Acupressure. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is running an institute at Gopalganj to promote the system and in this regard the Government entrusted inquiry to respondent nos. 3 to 7, but the inquiry report is not being submitted. 4. Considering the nature of the prayer of the petitioner, in my opinion, the petitioner has no locus to ask for the relief, sought for. The petitioner may ventilate his grievances at the level of the Government. 5. The petitioner now seeks direction to withdraw this application to move departmentally. 6. This application is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
