ORDER The grievance made in this application is that the Advocate's welfare stamp is not being supplied in different districts. 2. Mr. S.K. Ghose, A.A.G. 2 states that he has received instructions from the Finance Commissioner that he has consulted with the officials of the Nasik Press to print the aforesaid stamp within a period of two months. 3. In that view of the matter, let the aforesaid stamp of rupees ten crores of Rs. 5/- denomination be printed within the aforesaid period so that sufficient number of stamps are made available. 4. A grievance has also been raised that the amount which has been deposited in the Treasuries collected towards Advocate's welfare is not being transferred to the account of Trustee Committee. 5. All the District Magistrates are directed to look into the matter and that if any amount has been deposited towards Advocate's welfare, the same is immediately sent to the Trustee Committee. 6. With the aforesaid directions this petition stands disposed of. 7. Let a copy of this order be given to learned Additional Advocate General No.2.
