Judgment Jasbir Singh, J. 1. Counsel for the petitioners states that petitioners are in judicial lock up w.e.f. 17.5.2004. Investigation is complete. Final report has already been put in Court for trial. Injured is out of danger and has since been discharged from hospital and is attending to his ordinary pursuits. He further states that it will take a long time before trial is finally heard and concluded. These facts have not been controverted by the State counsel on instructions from HC Ashok Kumar. 2. Without expressing any opinion on merits, application is allowed. Petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail to the satisfaction of CJM, Hisar.
