Judgment 1. The matter relating to payment of court fee on a writ petition cannot become an issue. It is entirely up to the petitioners to file separate court fees regard being had to the fact that each of them are affected individually. It is up to counsel entirely to present a petition with one petitioner or several. It is not denied that each of the petitioners has cause of action of his own. 2. The Court can at present say no more than that. If the court fee is not deposited within the stipulated time as indicated by the Stamp Reporter/Tax Officer then the stipulation of the Indian Stamp Act, 1889 will follow and counsel will have to arrange to deposit ten times the court fee for appended. This is the law. 3. Dismissed.
