JUDGMENT : Shri Vahanvati, learned Solicitor General submits that, in consultation with the National Commission for Women, the Union of India is contemplating a comprehensive legislation in regard to the issue of sexual harassment of women at a work place and hence the matter may be adjourned for a period of 8 weeks to await for further response of the Government of India on this matter. Accordingly, the case is adjourned for 8 weeks for doing the needful. Order accordingly.
