ORDER : UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following: I.A. No.407/2004 and I.A. No.408/2004 filed by Mr. P. Paremameshwaran 1. Taken on board. 2. In view of the facts and circumstances of the applications, the time for completion of the departmental inquiry against the former Secretary, UOI and Chairman & M.D., NPCC Ltd. is extended for another eight weeks. I.A. No. 376 in W.P.(C) No. 13381/1984 3. An affidavit has been filed on behalf of the State of Uttar Pradesh praying for further one month's time to take final decision against the officials, the former Chief Secretary, the former Principal Secretary and the former Environment Secretary. Time prayed for is granted. I.A. No. 395-397 in W.P.(C)No. 13381/1984 4. The applicant is permitted to intervene in the matter. 5. List all the I.As. on 13th February, 2004.
