JUDGMENT : 1. In view of the order dated April 28, 2003, no response is required to be filed by the State of Arunachal Pradesh. As submitted by the learned counsel, affidavit on behalf of State of Haryana has already been filed. A week's time is granted to the State of West Bengal to file affidavit. Two weeks' time is granted to the State of J & K to file affidavit. Learned counsel appearing for the State of Jharkhand undertakes to file response during the course of the day. Learned counsel appearing for the Union Territories of Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Dadra & Nagar Haveli, Daman & Diu, Lakshdweep and NCT of Delhi state that the affidavits shall be filed on their behalf within four weeks. The State of M.P. is also granted four weeks' time to file the said affidavit. 2. List the matters after six weeks.
