Judgment :- Mr.S.Venkatesh, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. 2. The petitioner has filed this writ petition praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to issue the Community Certificate at an early date to the petitioner pursuant to her application dated 05.5.2004 so as to enable the petitioner to produce the same for admission in Diploma in Teacher Education Course. 3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents and perused the affidavit filed in support of the petition. 4. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner has given representation dated 05.5.2004 to the respondent, which is not yet disposed of. It is submitted that question of issuance of Community Certificate requires to be considered by the first respondent. Under the said circumstances, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner to issue Community Certificate within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order on merits and in accordance with law. This order will not prevail upon the respondent while considering the case of the petitioner. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently the W.P.M.P.No. 31317 of 2004 is closed.
