JUDGMENT 1. - Heard learned counsel for the parties and also perused the record. Counsel for parties submit that in view of compromise between the parties, the complainant wife is now residing happily with her husband. 2. In the facts and circumstances of the present case, I deem it proper to grant bail to the applicants namely (1) Ladhu Khan (2) Chhotu Khan u/s. 438 Cr.P.C. 3. It is, therefore, directed that in the event of arrest in case FIR No. 23/(4 registered with Police Station - Ramgarh Sethan District - Sikar the above applicants namely (1) Ladhu Khan (2) Chhotu Khan maybe released on bail on furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs. 5,000/- each with one surety each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer of the case. The Investigating Officer will be free to move the Court in case the applicant(s) do not co-operate with the investigation. The applicant(s) shall also inform the Investigating Officer when they intend to go out of, station.Anticipatory bail application allowed. *******
