ORDER Heard counsel for the parties. 2. The petitioner seeks direction upon, the respondents to regularise his services art class IV post under the respondents as he is working on the post of Chowkidar on daily wages since 1.4.1980. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has continued to work since 1980 and till date he is on the roll of the respondents and despite existing vacancy he is not being considered for regularisation. 4. Though a counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondents, the facts as stated by the petitioner are not being disputed. It, thus, appears that the petitioner is working on daily wages since 1980 on the post of Chowkidar. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to make a representation for his regularisation before respondent no.4, Chief Engineer, Water Resources Department (Irrigation), Government of Bihar, Patna ventilating his grievances and in case it is so done, the same would be considered by respondent no.4 and necessary orders shall be passed for regularisation of his services keeping in view past services rendered by the petitioner since 1980 within a period of three months from the date of filing of the representation. 6. With the aforesaid direction and observation, this application is disposed of.
