JUDGMENT 1. - I have heard learned counsel for petitioner Sunil Kumar, learned PP for the State and have also perused the police papers placed before me. 2. Petitioner Sunil Kumar having been born on 16.7.89, is a Juvenile, whereas as per the medical examination report of prosecutrix, she is between 16-20 years. 3. Considering the submissions, the nature of accusations, the materials on record and all other facts and circumstances of the cases and following the precedent in the case of Shankarlal Meena v. State of Rajasthan, reported in 2000 Cr.L.R. Raj. 173 , I deem it just and proper to enlarge the petitioner on bail. 4. In the result, this bail application is allowed and it is directed that the petitioner Sunil Kumar, in FIR No. 62/2004, Police Station Surajgarh, for the offences under sections 363, 366 and 376 IPC, shall be released on bail, provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned trial court with the stipulation to appear before that court on each and every date of hearing until conclusion of the trial. *******
