ORDER : 1. An affidavit of inspector General of Forests and Director - Project Tiger, dated 6th September, 2004 has been filed in Court stating that a meeting took place between the petitioner and others mentioned in para 3 of the affidavit and the directions to be adhered to for timely allocation and utilisation of fund have been set out in para 4 thereof. Mr. Raheja has handed over a note in Court today suggesting some modification in the directions sought to be issued. 2. We direct that the affidavit of the inspector General of forests as also the suggestion of Mr. Raheja shall be given to the counsel representing the States. The State Governments may respond thereto within two weeks. 3. List the matters after two weeks.
