ORDER : I.A. No. 426 in I.A. No. 69 1. The petitioner will serve a copy of the petition directly on the Archaeological Survey of India through its Director General, Janpath, New Delhi. Counsel appearing on behalf of the Ministry of Environment i.e. Respondent No.1, will also take instructions with regard to directions sought for by the applicant in so far as it relates to the C.I.S.F personnel. 2. The matters are adjourned to next Friday, 8th October, 2004, to be listed at 1.30 p.m. The applicant shall serve a copy of the notice on each of the parties to the application, if not already served and file an affidavit of service. In addition, notice must also be issued to the Commissioner (Agra Division), who was appointed as Chairman of the Taj Trapezium Zone Pollution (Prevention & Control) Authority. The Chairman shall also submit a copy of the report directed to have been filed before this Court by its order dated 2.5.2000 as reported in M.C. Mehta v. Union of India [2000) 10 SCC 551-557 Para.22. Counsel appearing on behalf of the Ministry of Environment, Government of India, will also take instructions from Ministry of Home Affairs regarding proposed direction sought for by the appellant within the aforesaid period. In addition, the petitioner will give all the details of the averments made in several paragraphs of the application relating to the proposed programmes as well as the steps proposed to be taken to ensure that the preservation of the Taj is not affected in any manner. A copy of the application shall be served on all respondents in both these matters by tomorrow i.e. 28.9.2004.
