ORDER : G.P. Mathur, J. The learned counsel for the State of Meghalaya submits by reference to the order dated 2nd September, 2003 that the information which was sought to be called for from the State of Meghalaya has already been made available to this Court through the affidavit filed on 10th June, 1997 and the additional affidavit filed on 11th August, 1997 on behalf of the State of Meghalaya. Still, submits the learned counsel that as the affidavits were filed about seven years before, the State of Meghalaya would like to update the relevant information and file it on affidavit within six weeks. Allowed. 2. On behalf of the Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, a Scheme has been filed on 22nd March, 2002 to which the petitioner in-person has filed certain objections. 3. In the absence of the petitioner in-person, hearing is adjourned by six weeks. 4. I.A. No. 18 (for intervention) and I.A. No. 19 (for directions) : Copies of the applications delivered to the counsel for the State of Tamil Nadu. List for hearing after six weeks. Reply, if any, be filed in-between.
